CRFC Volunteers & Sponsors Needed
The following is needed for the upcoming JEMCGC, November 17, 2017.
HOLE SPONSORSHIP - $100 per hole (includes sign at the designated hole)
GOLFERS - We still have spots for some teams. Ask around at work, friends and family. Also share the Tournament event on the Facebook page.
BOTTLED WATER - We need 10 cases of water. Donations accepted.
ITEMS FOR GOLFER BAGGIES - If you know of any companies or business that want to include items for the golfer bags. In the past we have had items donated such as sunscreen, chapstick, koozies, first aid kits, etc. Please ask around and if you know of someone that wants to give, we are expecting 100 golfers.
Registration table - 4 volunteers to take payment and sell raffle tickets and mulligans.
Closest to the pin - 2 volunteers to sit at one of the Par 3's where we will do a contest
Beverage Cart - 4 volunteers 2 in each cart to drive around and distribute beverages
RAFFLE TICKETS -
All raffle tickets sold by CRFC players/staff should be turned in no later than November 15. The raffle drawing will take place on November 17 at Cobblestone Park Country Club around 5 pm. Winners need not be present to claim their prize. Raffle tickets are only $5 and each player is expected to sell a minimum of 10 tickets. Any player that sells 50 or more will qualify for a NIKE backpack!
