Congaree Rapid

CRSA INFORMATION

The Congaree Rapid Soccer Association (CRSA) was established in 1993 to serve the Cayce-West Columbia and Downtown Columbia classic soccer league communities. CRSA is affiliated with the South Carolina Youth Soccer Association (SCYSA), which is a member of the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA).

CRSA is a member of the Mid-District of the SCYSA, which is comprised of clubs from across the Midlands of South Carolina and include associations and clubs from the following areas: Aiken, Barnwell, Chapin, Columbia, Greenwood, Hartsville, Irmo, Kershaw, Lancaster, Lexington, Newberry, North Augusta, Orangeburg, Rock Hill, and Sumter.

The mission of CRSA is to provide quality coaching and a structured classic league soccer environment. Our goal is not to be the largest or most elite club, but one that serves the player who strives to become a better soccer player at the classic league level. Player development is our goal!

CRSA entered an affiliation with the West Metro Soccer Club in 2003 as the "classic league extension" of the West Metro Grove Recreational League. West Metro SC serves the recreational soccer communities of Cayce-West Columbia and is a member of the Lexington County Recreational Soccer Club. CRSA's partnership with West Metro SC has led to the Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission (LCRAC) recognizing CRSA as the Lexington County classic league provider for Cayce-West Columbia.
